4 Seater Chippendale Style Mahogany Dining Set

This Auction is for a brand new 4 Seater Chippendale Style Mahogany Dining Set. The set comprises of 4 Chippendale Formosa Dining Chairs and a Round Mahogany Pedestal Dining Table

This is a good quality Dining Set constructed entirely from solid mahogany. There is a wealth of carved detail all of which is hand done by skilled craftsmen. Normal retail on this set is over £800.

Table
The table is 1.2m diameter x 76cm high (4ft dia x 2ft 6in) and is made of solid mahogany. It has a turned and carved center pedestal with 4 carved legs each with a ball and claw foot. The top has a carved detail to the edge and is removable for access to the home.

Chairs
As with the table, the chairs are made in the Chippendale Style and are craftsman built and feature a lot of hand carved detail including the ball and claw foot which matches the table. The set is supplied with 4 Chippendale Formosa Side Chairs as shown in the photo.

Upholstery
The chairs are traditionally upholstered with a drop in seat. At present the chairs are part uphostered, and covered up to calico. They will be finished off with your choice of fabric from our standard range within the Buy it Now price. There is a wide choice of fabrics available. Further details and photos will be supplied on request. Or you can specify alternative fabric or supply your own.

Colour and Finish
The Dining Set is nicely finished in a Victorian Mahogany colour with an attractive antique effect finish which gives it a subtle appearance of age.

Delivery
Delivery can be arranged before Christmas. Chairs will arrive fully assembled, the table will require some simple self assembly.
